El Matador Restaurant features authentic Mexican food that was created from original family recipes developed especially for El Matador. These recipes have been handed down to our cooking staff since they were inspired in 1966.
In 2007 the restaurant doubled in size by adding a new dining room with seating for 68. The new bar features over 170 different tequila's, the largest selection of tequila in Orange County.
